There is a bus from Pamplona to Zubiri at 1300 hours (weekdays)

Roncesvalles: the Parador charges €64 for a single room

Burguete: Hostal Burguete (good, good menu, good breakfast) <<<<

Los Arcos: 6 hotels / hostales

New: Hostal Mavi (also restaurant, but at another location) Ph: 608 934 222          GOOD MENU

Hotel Monaco: very good, very helpful, nice views from balconies, very clean

Hostal Suetxe: good. Also good menu: € 11 (well recommended) However: expensive menu during weekend!

Panadería / coffeeshop on plaza

3 ALBERGUES: Albergue AUSTRIA: very good. Municipal: OK. Albergue across bridge: bad

Puente la Reina: Casa Rural BIDEAN (not recommended: filthy!, menu regular, very loud church bells at night!)

Bar La Torreta: good menu (beef)

Uterga: new Casa rural Baztan (cheap) Also: bar/albergue/hostal (good, but closed in winter)

Zariquiegui: Albergue open in busy season. Also a hostal/bar. Water near church

Obanos: new Hostal rural: Mamerio

Lorca and Villatuerta: both albergues closed in winter! Lorca only open for groups

PAMPLONA: Albergue Municipal, Calle Compañía (114 beds): closed in winter

Albergue Casa Paderborn, near the Magdalena Bridge (24 beds; no kitchen) Open April-October,

Albergue Juveníl, Calle Fuerte del Príncipe (closed in winter)

Hostal Otano in Calle San Nicolás: cheap. Rooms from 15 Euros

Restaurante Baserri in same street: good. (We checked them out 3 times).

Estella: the route between Villatuerta and Estella has been altered. The path is very narrow at times. When you

reach Estella you will be close to both the albergues. In Villatuerta: cross the carretera and follow the path.

Good bar: Roma. (near the Parochial Albergue).

Hotel El Volante: very good. On your way out of town, the road moves slightly upward. Turn left at roundabout.

Torres del Río: new albergue Mariela. Ask in bar on left. Good.

 All other details are correct.
