Rabanal del Camino: Albergue del Pilar open all year! Very good (Isabel) dinner/breakfast

Foncebadón: albergue expensive

Cacabelos: new Hotel Villa de Cacabelos

Villafranca/Bierzo: Hotel Méndez: good (near second bridge)

nearby supermarket: good

Restaurant Sevilla (plaza): good

Trabadelo: new Pensión

Hotel/restaurante Valcarce: now very busy and unfriendly

Ambasmestas: good bar/restaurant on  the right (Luis)

Ruitelán: good albergue and bar opposite.

El Acebo (just past Rabanal): Casa rural La Rosa del Agua: Ph. 616 84 97 38 (from 35=)

Also, near Riego de Ambrós: Mesón El Jardín de Anduriña

San Miguel del Camino (just past León): Agapito serves cookies and sweets to the pilgrims.

Hospital de Orbigo: Hotel El Paso Honroso closed in winter

San Martín del camino: refuge charges money for everything! Unfriendly
